The Siloxa-Tek 8505 Ultra Concentrate is a top-rated concrete sealer that has proven to repel water, oil, and salt. The application process is easy and will leave a long-lasting, protective barrier on your concrete. When applied correctly, this product repels water, making it bead up nicely. It also resists salt crystallization after the snow melts and dries. Motor oil easily beads up and wipes away without staining. The sealer will also repel other oils like chainsaw bar oil and hydraulic fluid. The product is sold in concentrate form, and it requires mixing with four gallons of distilled water. However, the second coat should be applied before the first coat dries, and it can not be applied over other sealers or coatings.
