It's a great cooler to use when not plugged in as things should stay cold overnight. The exterior dimensions are approximately 10.5" width, 17" height, and 18.5" length. However, when running for extended periods, it's recommended to double-check the cigarette lighter wiring as it could get hot. For durability, there might be a need to add a wire that's directly off the battery. The connected male plug and cigarette lighter female receptacle may cause the power cord to run hot or, in some cases, melt due to poor contact. After filling in stuff, it takes about an hour to an hour and a half to cool everything down. It has a 26-quart capacity and comes with a 120V power adaptor if purchased at Costco.
