Mott's unsweetened applesauce is a good quality product made from processed apples, water and vitamin C. The packaging is sturdy, and the expiration date is generally about a year out from the date of purchase. However, one customer received a shipment with a best by date only four months away, and the pricing appears to be better in-store. Many customers appreciate that the applesauce contains no added sugars, is healthy and good for digestion, while others would prefer a sugar-free alternative. Some customers had issues with the product being watered down, but this appears to be a rare occurrence. The taste is generally thought of quite positively.
