Answer: According to Welcos (the company that owns/distributes Kwailnara, as well as Frudia, another brand that’s more well known), '*Unless required by the law*, no Welcos product undergoes animal testing process.' Frudia is already in a gray area, so most consider it not cruelty-free. I would assume Kwailnara is also the same until they officially announce otherwise (not selling in China). I’m personally counting it as not cruelty-free since if law requires it, they’ll still test. That’s a no in my book! -
